So tired of the rebate apps creating issues!
I purchased Advil at Wags and tried to submit to S*. This is the message I get: The “ADVIL® and/or ROBITUSSIN® and/or EMERGEN-C®” offer is not valid at Walgreens. This purchase will not count towards that offer.”
Upon activation the rebate didn’t have this stipulation. It’s so unfair to change terms post factum.

I would try to submit it again and then contact support if that does not work because my Adult Robitussin does not say you can not use it at Walgreens.

The system was trying to pay you for the SAVE $5.00 when you spend $25.00 on ADVIL® and/or ROBITUSSIN® and/or EMERGEN-C®. All items must be part of a single purchase and appear on the same receipt (that was a glitch and it expired on 2/15). Send an email to [email protected] with a screenshot of the rebate, as well as, your receipt and I’m sure you will be paid promptly.

Roz, you are correct. I did get the credit. Thank you both!

Tina, I’m glad that you got the credit. I’ve found Savingstar to be very responsive to inquiries.
