I have done a couple of posts about Apple Cider Vinegar and I was looking at the Ralph’s website which has the Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar 32 oz on sale for $4.99. In my opinion the Bragg’s is best, the brands are light weight.
Anyways, if you take apple cider vinegar regularly, there’s a new $0.25 any Brand Apple Cider Vinegar Ibotta rebate offer.
Last week, I was oh so excited to post about the Bragg’s Raw Apple Cider Vinegar 32 oz for $5.98 at Walmart. However, when I spoke with my youngest brother, he let it slip that he’s been taking the raw apple cider vinegar because he had been recently diagnosed with high blood pressure. My brothers and I grew in the same household with the same parents so when we have a problem, we think alike – research the problem to find a solution.
My brother lives on a small pension so he has to be frugal with his money.
Anyways, I decided to check the stores in Sacramento for low price raw apple cider vinegar because Sacramento/Northern California does not have a Ralphs or a Kroger store.
Ralphs sells the Simple Truth Organic Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) with the Mother for just $3.99 which is the cheapest price around here. Vons/Albertsons/Safeway stores raw ACV is too expensive but Northern California has Raley’s and Belaire grocery stores and the store brand raw ACV is $4.29 or the Bragg’s is $5.99 for 32 oz.
It is truly amazing how one can basically shop online at almost any store to look up store prices.
I have had heart burn, acid reflux and GERD for many years and I have taken all kinds prescriptions and over the counter medication to fit it. Recently, a friend mentioned she’d been taking the Bragg’s Raw Apple Cider Vinegar to help with her stomach problems and it so happens that I had the Bragg’s up in my kitchen cabinet.
I went right home and do some research on the benefits of Bragg’s Raw Apple Cider Vinegar.
It is recommended that you take 2 Tbsp. of raw Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) which isn’t a problem for me because when I was a kid, my mom use vinegar and oil as our salad dressing. However, you cannot stand the taste or smell, you can put the raw ACV into a glass of water with a lemon juice.
I can absolutely say that I have not had any stomach problem since taking the Bragg’s Raw Apple Cider Vinegar .
Anyways, Bragg’s Raw Apple Cider Vinegar is pricey at the grocery store. I want to say that I picked my bottle at Vons for like $8.99 or $9.99 so the Walmart price of $5.98 is a really, really good deal!
If you are planning a New Year’s Eve get-together or New Year’s Day brunch, then sparkling cider is a must for the celebration of a New Year.
This Friday only (12/7), Vons and Albertsons stores will have the Martinelli’s Sparkling Apple Cider 25.4 oz on sale for 4/$5 or $1.25 each. It’s an excellent price because the cheapest that I have seen, this year, for sparkling cider is 2/$5.
Teavana is offering the Spiced Apple Cider Rooibos Tea 2oz for $2.25 plus you will get a FREE Sample of Maharaja/Samurai Chai Blend with the Rock Sugar (added to your cart automatically)!!!
