Over the last couple of months, when I go to scan a receipt to redeem a rebate, it has been a very slow process because the screen would freeze and I’d have close the app, wait a few minutes and then try it again. This could happen two or three times before I’d be able to finally submit my receipt. It’s very frustrating.
Then recently, when I go to redeem a rebate, the scanner will not come up to scan the receipt. I have deleted the Savingstar app and reinstalled the app and it didn’t help. My iPhone settings are up to date. I finally had to pull out my iPad t0 submit my receipt and my iPad is old as all get out, I was shocked that I was able to successfully submit using the old iPad.
Yes, I know that I can a submit via the Savingstar website but it’s so much easier to scan and be done.
Has anyone else had anyone problems with the Savingstar app? Share your thoughts and feedback.
