Atkins Net Carbs Lawsuit Settlement

Atkins Nutritionals has agreed to settle a class action lawsuit that allege that Atkins Nutrionals mislabeled the products’ sugar alcohol and/or polyol contents.  If you purchased Atkins food products from January 1, 2013 to the present for purchases in New York, Missouri and/or California, and from January 1, 2014 to the present for purchases in any other states, you may be eligible to file a claim. Without proof of purchase, you can receive 10 percent of the purchase price of the product. Class Members can receive up to $100 in reimbursements without proof of purchase.

You can receive the purchase of any of the following Atkins products; Chocolate Covered Candies, Chocolate Peanut Candies, Milk Chocolate Caramel Squares, Peanut Butter Cups, and Chocolate Caramel Mousse Bars.

I remember doing Atkin products deals at both CVS and Rite Aid! 🙂

Thank you! Ms. B, another reason I know you and I both definitely bought these is that the Atkins treats were frequently part of “Buy 5 Save $5” promotions at the grocery store. I even remember giving those little candies that look like M&Ms to a friend who was amazed they were sugar free. I usually bought the Atkins shakes and frozen meals on the Buy 5 sales as well.
