Get Ready for a Lawsuit Settlement

According to the Business Insider, Subway was sued for allegedly mislabeling its tuna sandwiches as tuna and the New York Times took tuna sandwiches from three Los Angeles Subway restaurants to a private lab and it was determined that none of the tuna sandwiches contained tuna or even fish DNA.

Get ready for a lawsuit settlement.

I ate a lot of Subway tuna sandwiches when I was working because Subway was within walking distance from my office and when you get out of a meeting at 11:30 am but you have a meeting set up for 1:30 pm, across town, you walk to Subway or you send office staff to buy a Subway lunch.

Always, always, alway take care of office staff and they will take care of you!

Wifey and I will be more than willing to claim the maximum of whatever the eventual class action lawsuit allows. For many, many months we would go out to dinner on Saturday nights. Then, on Sundays, we lightened up with a Subway tuna footlong and some fresh soup. We liked this routine because it made Sundays quick and easy, plus tuna is the sub of the day on Sundays and gets a special discount. During COVID the dining options changed (obviously) but we still ordered Subway sporadically. I’ve still got a gift card or two left (purchased for 200 bonus grocery fuel points, of course) but when those are used up we’ll happily switch to Jersey Mike’s (buffalo chicken cheesesteak is amazing!).

Nick, we ordered Subway sandwiches for pick up during the pandemic because they are within a quick walk from home. This time last year as the Rona was raging, we’d go to the Subway like once a week.

Wow….then what the heck was the “tuna”….!!! This is my go too along with the vege and this just made me pause and I had to reread it!!

Thanks for always keeping us informed and I can’t wait to see how this pans out!!

Sally, the tuna was always my go to so I don’t even want to know what we having been eating at Subway. 🤣

Gavin, honestly, the story remind of the movie Soylent Green with Charleston Heston.
