Grocery Store Sales Insert….

Well, it’s Monday and that means I found my grocery store sales inserts in the mail!

Vons/Safeway has the Kellogg’s Fuel For School catalina deal. You’ll receive a $10 off coupon good on your next shopping visit wyb $10 or more participating products in a single transaction.  Go HERE to see details about Kellogg’s Fuel For School.

It shows various Kellogg’s items – Frosted Flakes, Pop-Tarts, Cheez-It, Froot Loops, Apple Jacks, Nutri-Grain, Speical K, Raisin Bran, Keebler Sandies, etc. The sale begin 8/4/10 – 8/10/10.

I plan to double-dip this with a Kellogg’s Fuel For School MIR. There’s a Kellogg’s Fuel For School MIR form on the koupon cutters for .50 cents plus .44 cents shipping.

Vons/Safeway starting on Wednesday will have the Frosted Flakes, Pop-Tarts, Eggos, Apple Jacks for $1.99 ea, I buy 2 of each of these item for a grand total of $19.90 and receive a $10 catalina and submit for the $10 Kellogg’s Fuel For School MIR and end up getting these item FREE after the $10 catalina and $10 MIR (I’ll use coupons to make a small profit)!!!

Southern Calif Albertsons has 2 manufacturer’s coupons in their sales insert.

DMC, check other grocery stores in your local area for the "Fuel for School" MIR booklet. Also, check your local grocery sales ads b/c sometimes they have the rebate form there, too.

The Fuel for School MIR is something they have every year Aug-Sep. It may be in the Sunday coupon insert this Sunday.

If you find the Fuel for School booklet has coupons in it to coincide with the MIR.

I'll post when I find out additional info. I actually bought my MIR form for .50 cents from CouponKutters.com.

I'll keep my eye out for it, but I wish it were printable from online! I did buy the ten items and got the $10 catalina. I am going to hold that receipt to the side and save the UPC's. Hopefully I will find a MIR form and will be able to get another $10. 🙂

BTW, those Cinnabon bars really suck, so I am glad I got them on sale and with a coupon. I did not like them at all as they didn't taste at all like Cinnabons or cinnamon for that matter (I got apple ones, but still should taste like Cinnabons, right?), are on the crumbly dry side, and they are also really small in size too.

Ugggg, don't you just hate when you pick up a product and it doesn't meet your expectation? Kinda like me and the Roots Awakening…LOL.

At least you used a coupon and didn't pay full price and know that in the future to pass on the cinnabon!

They are like only 120 calories, which is why they are half the size of a regular bar, which should be 240 calories. These are really small half bars, but for full bar prices. I will never buy these again, because they are a gip.

Wow, they sound like a rip off. Thanks for the heads up on these b/c I will not be buying them!
