I Got a Credit for the Missing Cash Back

The weekend before last, I purchased the Rubbermaid Easy Find Lids Set 18ct because they were on sale for $4.99 and I could get back a $2 IB rebate and a $2.50 RCB.

However, as soon as I published the post, I zoomed off to Ralphs and Ibotta was busily removing their offer from the app but I still waiting for the $2 Ralphs Cash Back offer to come through.

Anyways, I sent an email to Customer Service on Wednesday and on Saturday, I’d received a response from Kroger Customer Service that they had put a $3 credit on my card that can be used on my next shopping trip!!!

As you all know that the Ibotta offer also came back on Saturday so I submitted my receipt for $2 and with the $3 Ralphs credit, it means that I ended up getting the Rubbermaid 18 pc set for FREE!!!!!

I got very lucky.

An offer can be pulled at any time so I am very grateful that this deal worked out for me.

Also, if you go into your Ralphs account and click on your name at the top right, the menu pull down says “My Purchases” and I used the information from my purchases to populated the information for the email form.

    Have you had a lot of good feedback from Kroger customer service?

    I had quite a few RCBs not get debited to me, but I was too tired of all the checking in to actually call anyone. Email is much easier.

      Same here. Didn’t get credit but didn’t contact them.

        Tina, send them a quick email asking them to give you credit for the missing CB offers. A separate email for each individual offer, i.e., request for (2) $2 Rubbermaid, separate request for (1) $1.50 Litehouse dip.

      Mel, honestly, it was my first time sending them an email. At the time, I didn’t feel like getting on the phone with CS and so I shot them a very short email asking them to credit me for the $2. It did take them 4 days for them to get back to me.

      Definitely, send them a separate email for each RCB that you didn’t get…you have nothing to loose.
