Oh, wow, if you plan submit an inquiry to Ibotta regarding pretty much anything, you can expect a long delay in getting a response.
Ibotta posted the following to their page:
The Ibotta Care Team is currently experiencing a delay in our response time to users. We truly apologize for the inconvenience and are working very hard to get to your request. Please take a look at the current response wait times which are displayed as “Up to X days”.
What’s kind of odd about this announcement is that it’s almost a week after Savingstar had announced that they would be delayed in crediting rebates for purchases at CVS.
