I’m $6.94 from the the Java House Rebate

Yesterday, I did the Java House coffee deal that I posted about but some how I ended up being $6.94 from the $2/$7.98 Savingstar rebate.  I’m thinking that they deducted for the coupon and the two S* rebates but I have no idea how they came up with the $1.04 credit towards the $2 rebate.  Obviously, I cannot contact customer service and say “Why didn’t qualify for all three rebates?”  I did end up getting the coffee for free so no fuss, no foul.

They have always subtracted the coupons but something strange is going. I submitted for the Coty One or Many, 2 receipts for 10 items, each item is $3. No any kind of coupons used. They credited $4.93.

Tina, this is the first time ever, for me, that they have subtracted for coupons. Yes, something strange with their software is going on with the Coty, as well. No coupons used for the Coty, however, I have a totally different amount that was credited to me AND I immediately submitted an inquiry requesting that they adjust the amount. You should do the same.
