Tomorrow, will be the Vons/Albertsons/Pavillion Word of the Day Freebie promotion and if you have not been having good results in getting your freebie, I highly suggest that you go to their Facebook page and leave a comment about your personal experience and give the store location. Last week, I left a comment (my Facebook name is my family’s pet name for me from when I was a toddler – long story) and Vons wanted to know the store location. Another person also echoed that she, too, was having problems redeeming the freebie.
Vons doesn’t know that we are having issues with the stores unless we reach out to them and there’s better way then to publicly say “Hey, I’m very frustrated because I’m having issues with my store on 123 Main St, San Diego, CA and this was my experience.”
Whatever, you say make it short and to the point. Talk to only the Facts, i.e. “I am frustrated” is a fact. “I felt like they was picking on me” is an assumption, an opinion.
You also want to know “how can this problem, issue be fixed?”
You want to go to any cashier and have a pleasant experience getting your freebie. Vons has got to figure out how to get the Word of the Day information to all the cashiers at the store.
