  • yuki December 31, 2012, 08:12

At CVS at the end of October, I had my favorite deal of year 2012. I purchased about $30 of P&G items(buy $30 get $10 ECB), two Lindt (both free with coupons), four herbal essence(all free with BOGO coupons), two Revlon nail tools(money maker, limit 6), two Thermacare. After coupons and my ECBs, I paid NOTHING from my pocket. I saved about $80.

I used $20 ECB and received $10 ECB(P&G), $7 ECB(Revlon), $5(Thermacare), $1(green bag tag), so it became money making trip. This trip contributed to $5 (beauty club) and P&G rebate.

But probably when JCP was changing everything and DD & I went in and found her 10 items of nice work clothes (tailored jacket, 2 sweaters, 2 skirts, 2 pants, a dress, 2 tops/blouses) all co-ordinating for under $160. She was set for the Fall & one of her first serious jobs & well within budget! She has worn/used them all.
