My Quick Trip to CVS

A couple of weeks ago, a reader mentioned how we used to get FREE printer paper at Staples during the Back to School sales and Staples nor any of the other office supplies stores have not had those great printer paper deals in at least 4 years. I hadn’t been pressed for printer paper because my old boss let us take printer paper home from the office because we also worked from home.

However, I haven’t worked in a year and a half and I’m on my last ream of paper. We don’t print nearly the amount of coupons as we once did but we still need printer paper for when a truly awesome coupon becomes available to print.

I had the $5 expired Extra Bucks and the $10 Carepass and a $1 Quarterly Extra Bucks and it was enough for me to get 2 reams of printer paper.

Ordinarily, I would not think to buy printer paper for $8.99 each but I still have $6 in Extra Bucks and two or three $10 CVS Cash Cards so why not lessen my out of pocket?

I save all the paper from the junk mail I receive and I print coupons on the other side. Never had one refused and it saves me from buying paper!

Hmmmmm…we don’t get a lot of junk mail…but we are signed up not to receive junk mail through the FTC.
