I did pretty much the same as you; bought all of the “freebies.” Also picked up a Verio IQ for which I had the Q’s to make it free, and some lumene for which I had Q’s and used 4/20’s.

    The end result?

My register tape was SEVENTEEN FEET and FOUR INCHES LONG!!!

A trip and experience to remember. Even the manager who’s worked for CVS for years says he’s never seen a tape that long. lol

LOL, I didn’t measure the cash register receipt but it was pretty long. It was the longest time ever that I had spent shopping at CVS, the stuff was all over the store. I actually went to the CVS store in the hood b/c I knew since I was leaving home late that I would need to go to a store that didn’t have many bargain shoppers. It’s always so odd to me that the folks that live in the hood do not use coupons. They say that the average person that uses coupons has an income of $75,000.

LOL! That is so funny about the length of the receipts. My receipt was super long, too. My cashier and I were joking about the fact that the tape was easily as long as the two of us combined. In fact, it was so long my cashier took the time to cut all my ECB’s so I wouldn’t have a huge folded mess in my purse.

That’s really interesting about the income, too.

WOW, you were lucky, our CVS stores did not have a lot of the items.
