My Trip to CVS…

Yesterday, I was at conference and thankfully, the conference eneded a little early and I stopped by CVS on my way home.

In my previous post about a Sears deal that when you buy $50 in Mens Apparel get $50 Sears Gift Card…I had no idea at the time that CVS would be running a Sears Gift Card Extra Bucks deal!!!  So, this is even a sweeter Sears deal.

The $50/$50 at Sears is only valid 6/11 – 6/20.

So, here is my get at CVS:

Bought 1 Sears Gift Card $50

Total = $50

EBs Earned = $10

Cost = $40

Notes:  On Friday, I plan to use the $50 Sears gift card at Sears to buy $50 in Mens Apparel and get another $50 Sears Gift Card!!!!!!!!  So, I’ll end up with a $60 profit when everything is said and done.

($10 EB + $50 Sears GC = $60 Profit)

The limit on the Sears gift card at CVS is 2.  I’m thinking of buying a second $50 Sears gift card and getting a second $10 EB b/c I am planning on buying a TV at Sears since they are having such a good deal on TV’s at Sears for Dad’s Day. (hehehehe)  The only TV I currently have is the one in my bedroom and I have another brother that is coming to San Diego next month.  So, I do need a TV for my living room.

    people are saying that Sears will not honor it if purchase was made with a gift card….sounds dumb, but im just wanting to give you a heads up…look around the blogosphere… 🙂

    I think that ppl are interpreting the "not valid with any other offer" verbiage on the form. I'm gonna try it any how b/c I had plan on buying some clothes for my son anyways…LOL.

    I already did the deed but I'm pretty sure that I'll get the rebate. I'll do a follow post and let you know whether or not I get the rebate.
