My Trip to Rite Aid

I went to the Rite Aid off of Adams b/c it’s right across the streets from Vons (Safeway)!  I wanted to get the CHEAP honey since this is one of the ingredients I use when I am in the mood to do a deep conditioner on my hair.

Here are my gets at Rite Aid:  (I have a 20% discount)

Bought 1 RA Brand Pantry Honey Bears $5
Used -$5 +Up Rewards

Total after coupon used = $0.00 (no tax on food in CA)

+Ups Earned = (1) $1 Honey (weekly) and (2) $1 Honey (monthly)

Notes: I received a $2 Clairol Nice n Easy coupon on my receipt, it’s a RA coupon which expires on 5/5/12. The monthly +Ups expire 6/19.

My store had signage up by the registers about the +Ups that had an expiration date of 5/5 had being programmed to expire 5/19. I hope that is true for the $2 Nice n Easy coupon, too!

Hello, I was wondering do you mix the honey with other ingredients? Also are you going “natural” or are you relaxed?

Stacie, my hair is natural but you can do the deep conditioner on natural or relaxed hair.

Deep conditioner ingredients – 2 cups of plain greek yogart, 2 teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar and 2 teaspoons of honey. Let it sit on your hair for 30 minutes with a plastic cap and rinse with cool water. Shampoo with your favorite moisturizing shampoo. I love the new Garnier shampoo and conditioner.

Is this true with every store because I have about 30 worth of ups that have that very short exp date of 5/5??

I think it applies to all stores.
