My Trip to Rite Aid

1One of the reasons that I have made so many trips to Rite Aid over the last couple of days is b/c on Saturday morning, I only had like $30 or $35 in +Ups and with the 6am stipulation that you can’t earn a +Up and use a +Up in the same day, I needed to make each +Up count.  I also was working the Physicians Formula to the max since they had all those peelie plus the $25 Physicians Formula rebate.  I needed to finish off the Diabetes promotion.

I maxed all the free stuff that I could which most of it counted towards the 50th Anniversary promotion especially the Physicians Formula!

I did three transactions at separate stores due to lack of stock. The Eclos came up $6.49 each instead of the $12.99 BOGO50% price.  I actually used the Eclos, Physicians Formula, candy and Pentel as filler items. I am writing this up as one post, in order to save some time.

Here are my gets at Rite Aid: (I have a 20% discount)

Bought 4 Eclos Plant Stem Cells Intense Moisture Hydrating Mask $25.96
Bought 2 Nature Made Vitamin D 400IU 90+10ct $5.49 (on BOGO)
Bought 1 Centrum Specialist 60ct $9.59
Bought 2 Minute Maid $1.60
Bought 3 Super C Energy or Slender $9.57
Bought 1 Physicians Formula Super BB Cream $7.77
Bought 1 Physicians Formula Super BB Cream $8.97
Bought 1 Physicians Formula Youthful Wear Concealer $7.77
Bought 2 Pentel Twist Erase 0.7mm Mechanical Pencil $15.96
Bought 1 Sharpie Fine Black Marker 2ct $2.55
Bought 3 Chocolate Cherries $.69

Total = $95.92

Used (4) -$5 Eclos Printable

Used -$2 Nature Made Printable
Used -$3 Nature Made (Nature Made Rewards)
Used -$5 Centrum Specialist RP 12/2
Used -$2 Centrum Specialist (RA Flu Book)
Used (3) -$3 Physicians Formula peelies
Used (3) -$4 Physicians Formula Printable
Used -$42 in +Ups

Total after coupons used = $.92

Rebate Earned = $25 Physicians Formula Youthful Wear Rebate

+Ups Earned = $68 – $2 Sharpie, (4) $4 Pentel, (2) $5 Eclos, $10 Super C, $10 Diabetes and $20 Anniversary

Notes: This was allot of work! Since my +Ups are loaded directly to my card, I had to use my iPad to adjust my +Ups but it all worked out in the end. The $1 Minute Made L2C did not come off for me…maybe Rite Aid fixed that this morning, too. Another of my transactions almost went into the negative b/c I miscalculated and the cashier adjusted the coupon down. All in all, it was a very hectic morning for me but profitable! 🙂

Amy, the Physicians Formula is the way to go! If stock was not an issue, I would have definitely wanted to wait until Jan 1st when we re-start accumulating Wellness points! 🙂
