My Trip to Rite Aid…

I guess it was a Rite Aid type of day b/c as soon as I heard about the 4 Day Sale, I changed my planned senario! LOL

However, I knew that I would have a higher OOP b/c I couldn’t remember if I could use the $10 Crest Whitening Strips…and the $7 Crest WS that was in the box…I gave away the box including the coupons inside…BOO!

The Whitening Strips was tagged at the store as producing a $10 +Up Rewards but after re-reading the C. Booth SCR online, I realized that for the Bath/Body I needed to buy either the Shea Butter or the Triple Action Body Wash…and I found it!

Here are my gets at Rite Aid:

Bought 1 Crest 3D White Strips Vivid 20ct $22.39
Bought 1 C. Booth Triple Action Bath, Showever & Hair Wash $5.59

Total = $33.97

Used -$5/$25
Used -$5 Crest Whitening Strip (P&G 8/1)
Used -$1/$10 Oral Care CRT
Used -$6 C. Booth In-Ad Q
Used -$3 Purex 3-in-1 (RP 8/15)

= $13.97

SCRs Earned = $10 RA gift card for Oral Care SCR

+Up Rewards Earned = $11 ($1 Purex, $10 Crest)

Profit = $7.03

Notes:  Dag Nabit, the $1/$10 Oral Care Q beeped to high Heaven but my cashier was kind enough to push it through after mgr approval.  Now that I’m thinking about it calmly…we did use those darn $10 Crest Qs on the Crest White Strips the last go around.  Oh well, it’s hard to think when you have just gotten off from work and something exciting like this happens in the middle of the week!

BTW, the C. Booth smells wonderful.  Now, I can relax and take it easy…until tomorrow…LOL

    Here's why… the $1/10 special coupons are 48's and the $5/25 is a 48, and according to the new coupon policy you should be able to use both, because the $1/10 is per specific items, but maybe it is causing beeps anyway?

    DMC, I am lucky b/c most of my stores will push it through but there are some stores around here that will refuse to do that.

    Thank goodness, I am done with the Oral Care SCR. RA really does need to fix their beeping coupons. On Tuesday, I was able to use 2 of the $6 C. Booth In-Ad coupons without any issues. So, I guess it's a hit and a miss.
