My Trip to Rite Aid…

Ooooh, I was so glad that this is my last trip to Rite Aid this week.  Hell, the employees are gonna start thinking that I work there pretty soon…LOL

I went specifically to Rite Aid this evening to finish off the Skin Care SCR, the P&G SCR and the $20 Aveeno MIR.

There was only ONE box of the Aveeno Ageless Vitality kit on the shelf.  But these are pricey b/c the regular retail price is $39.99.  You won’t believe how small the bottle is for that price!

Here are my gets at Rite Aid:

Bought 1 Aveeno Ageless Vitality kit $31.99
Bought 2 Old Spice Red Zone Body Spray $7

Total = $38.99

Used -$5/$20
Used -$5 Aveeno In-Ad Aveeno
Used -$5 Aveeno Ageless Vitality (found in May All You Magazine)
Used -$3 +Ups CRT (from Duracell)
Used -$20 Allergy Rewards Gift Certificate (expires 6/15/10)

Total after coupons and gift certicate used = $.99

SCRs Earned = $5 P&G RA Gift Card, $25 Skin Care RA Gift Card

MIR Earned = $20 Aveeno Ageless Vitality MIR

+Ups Rewards Earned = $4

Profit = $33.01 ($5 GC + $25 GC + $4 +Ups – $.99 = $33.01)

Notes:  Although, there no signage up that the OS Red Zone Spray was 2/$7, I decided to get it since I know that Kevin would get tired of all of the Old Spice deo! LOL

Yes, I have the box and as soon as the Skin Care SCR clears…that sucker is going off in the mail for the Aveeno MIR!

I love turning those gift cards and gift certificates into cold, hard cash!

Just in case you are wondering…my tax on this transaction was only $1.22.  Oh BTW, the Neutrogena Shave Creams did count towards the Skin Care 2010 SCR.

    Crystal, I probably would have passed on the Aveeno AV MIR if I did not have the $20 gift certificate.

    Now, I gotta do some figuring for the new $20 Olay MIR…lol
