My Trip to Rite Aid…Part 2

1That $20 Bayer Contour USB Meter coupon was burning a hole in my wallet so I decided to go to the Hillcrest store where I found one lonely USB meter sitting on the shelf which I grabbed. I actually did this transaction off the cuff since I have my +Ups loaded directly to my card and I had clipped $21 in +Ups. Most of the items I bought were filler items…that I wanted like the Eco Tools. I was also using my profits from other transactions to buy the stuff that I wanted. In my mind, I was using the overage from the $20 Bayer coupon towards the Nature Made but there was only one Nature Made Vit D and I guess the cashier grabbed the Vit A and rang it up first and so I didn’t get the double dip of the Diabetes promo on that NM purchase.

Here are my gets at Rite Aid: (I have a 20% discount)

Bought 1 Bayer Contour USB Meter $5.99
Bought 2 Mars Candy Bars $2
Bought 2 Kellogg’s Pop Tarts $2.99 (on BOGO)
Bought 2 Nature Made for Women 50+ 90ct $11.49
Bought 1 Nature Made Vit A $5.49
Bought 1 Nature Made Vit D 400IU 100ct $0.00 (on BOGO)
Bought 2 Crest Toothpaste $7
Bought 1 Paperpro Nano Stapler $4.29
Bought 1 Eco Tools Kubi Brush $6.39
Bought 1 Eco Tools Concealer Brush $3.19
Bought 1 Eco Tools Eye Shader Brush $3.19

Total = $52.02

Used -$20 Bayer Contour USB Meter (from RA Diabetes Club)
Used -$1.50 Kellogg’s Pop Tart Printable (from Kellogg’s Family Rewards)
Used -$1.75 Nature Made L2C
Used (2) -$50 Crest PG 3/2
Used (3) Eco Tools Printable
Used -$21 in +Ups

Total after coupons used = $3.77

Got Back $11 – $1 Milky Way, $2 Crest, $3 Stapler, $5 Eco Tools

Notes: I am like $9 away from a $10 Nature Made/Aveeno +Up and the $10 Diabetes +up. I am also $7.23 away from a $5+Up from a $5+Up for the Eco Tools, I’ll probably run over to Rite Aid and pick up the Eco Tools Travel Set since I have read rave reviews about the Eco Tools Brushes!

Neutrogena is buy one get one 50% off on select items. There is also a 1.00/1 coupon in their ad. Combine with the 5.00/2 coupon and you get free or nearly free items. I got the following:

    Norwegian hand cream 2 oz $4.99 and $2.49 = $7.48
Subtract two $1 off coupons from their ad and $5 coupon = 48¢ for two!

    The bar soap was $3.29 and $1.64 = $4.93
I only used one 1.00/1 store coupon along with the $5 coupon = profit $1.07!!

I was wondering if your Bayer RA Q beeped at the register?

The $20 Bayer did not beep scanned through beautifully.
