I am starting to seriously wonder if P&G has hired some new people to run their coupon/rebate departments who have decided to just get rid of all their coupon using customers. All these changes in the past year or so with the strict coupon limits and all the rebates now changing to ‘after coupons and discounts’ sure seem to indicate something like this.

The sort of person who would actually just spend 30+ dollars out of pocket for laundry supplies would never actually bother with the effort, or probably even remember, to send in for this rebate; even if they did intend to do it before the purchase. So it looks like P&G is counting on just using these offers to entice customers to buy stuff, and then on no one actually sending in for their rebates.

I did a P&G Rant about year ago b/c they are really trying to discourage couponers from using their products. It use to be that ou could depend on them putting out a decent rebate every three or four months but now they have too many stipulations for me to even think about their rebates. Except for the razor coupons all their other coupons suck. I remember when they use to have the BOGO Covergirl coupon a couple times a year…no more. I use to look forward to the P&G monthly insert…but no more.
