The full moon, this week, just about killed me off because all that could go wrong, did go wrong. I had called Verizon to complain about my bill because I still had a jetpack on my bill from years ago so I asked them to remove and cancel that particular phone number. However, by Monday or was it Tuesday, Verizon had actually deactivated my phone number and they had given me that jetpack number. I’ve had Verizon as my cellphone carrier and the same phone number for like 15 years but somehow they deactivated my number and gave me a phone with no activity…huh???? My phone number was the number that was responsible for the bill and by deactivating my number, I no longer had access to look at the bill. I had to make another call back to Verizon. It was through this mess that I found out that you can no longer go to the Verizon store and talk to someone in person about your bill, you must call them at the 611 number to discuss your bill. Verizon must have gotten tired of people cussing them out and threatened about their bill. When I worked at I.R.S., people actually thought that they were calling their I.R.S. local office but actually I was in another state when they were threatening to blow up our building because we had put a lien against their bank account and property.
I also dropped my phone yesterday and the face shattered into a million pieces. 🙁
