Plotting and Planning

I am ever so grateful that I am a Couponer because going to these stores and seeing whole aisle entirely wiped out brings me some comfort with this CoronaVirus stuff.  I know that there was a bunch of y’all out there thought I was straight crazy when I began ringing the alarm about stocking up on paper goods. I grabbed the Coke, Dr Pepper, 7UP, Canada Dry or Sunkist 12 pk. with $10 Carepass and I was lucky enough to max out the $3.49 Scott ComfortPlus Bath Tissue deal. Interestingly, both of my brothers heeded my advice and ran out started their stockpiles and this week, they are so proud of themselves.

I forgot to stock up on water. 🙁

This is the time that if you have an emergency fund that you dip into it so that you can stock up on essentials like toilet paper, soap, canned goods, etc.

I realize with this pandemic, I did not have six months worth of paper goods because I don’t like ascetically seeing a lot stuff, I don’t like seeing 20 packages of toilet paper.

If you plan to do any drugstore paper products or cleaning supplies deals, you may want to head to your 24 hour stores and go at like 3 a.m. to do the deal.  The early bird catches the worm.

My goodness, it has been raining, here in San Diego since Monday evening. It would stop raining for a couple hours and then we’d have the heavy rains for hours.

Don’t forget to pick up your FREE any Brand of Fresh Potatoes (up to $1.50) because if you get quarantined, those potatoes will be a lifesaver because you can make mashed, potato salad, smoothered potatoes, fried potatoes…let’s say that you can cook potatoes many different way!

On Sunday, we will get (1) Smart Source and (1) Retail Me Not coupon inserts in the newspapers.

If you have not printed your CVS coupons, this week, go to your CVS account and print or send to card your CVS coupon!

Today is Saturday, please enjoy your day!
