Plotting and Planning

It’s amazing how swift SwagBucks and MyPoints was in changing the terms and conditions of their offers to lower points. I still haven’t gotten any feedback from my Evolve drinks receipt that I upload earlier in the week, where’d I got an error message that said they’d have to take a closer look.  I will be taking a break from SwagBucks and MyPoints as they seem to be going through some growing pains.  Really, SwagBucks and MyPoints should have gotten on social media and apologized.  They should have said that they messed up and sorry for the inconvenience.

I did let you guys know that I Took Back the Armor All to O’Reilly because I don’t have the stomach to loose $16 because they probably had too many people that accepted their $30 offer!  I don’t feel bad about making the return because $16 is a lot of money.  I can remember when I finally made it to making $15 an hour and I thought I was rich. I don’t return food or drinks items but if a deal doesn’t go as expected and it goes south, I always return the item without hesitation.

Keep in mind that I am still very appreciative that I was able previously buy the Armor All and the People magazines at a nice profit. We don’t have time to stay made a SwagBucks and MyPoints, we’ve got to move onto the next Money Making deals!

Also, those FREE salsa Ibotta rebates went quickly and with so many out of work, people are hoping all over these freebie deals which means we must move quickly if it’s something that we really want for our family.  I underestimated how quickly the salsa deal would go and thought that I could wait until Friday to get them SMDH!  You snooze, you loose.

Don’t forget to pick up the FREE Hot Dog Buns (up to $2) ASAP and if you still have the $1 off Bakery zip code advantage, you’ll make a profit off of the hot dot buns!

So, the FREE Sapporo beer (it’s a Japanese beer) reset on Checkout 51 and SwagBucks and MyPoints on Thursday and I’ve been getting them at Rite Aid for $3.19 each.  I buy 2 for $6.38 and I submit for receipt for $3 CO51 rebate and $3 SB and I end up paying $0.38 or $0.19 a can.  Of course, Mr. Man has been loving this deal and I still have not taste the beer but I’m not a beer drinker.

Using the zip 97229 at albertsons.com, under the category “Weekly Ad Coupons” you’ll be able to find the FREE Free Bolthouse Dressing 14-oz. BBQ Ranch or Lemon Basil Yogurt only. Limit 1.  It’s YMMV if the coupon will work in your particular area. Also, keep in mind that the Bolthouse Farms dressing are always in the Product dept so if you have used your $1 off Produce coupons, you’ll probably want to do a separate transaction for the freebie on it’s own. Remember to change your zip code back to your local area!

Oh, a little update on the Culturelle deal that I did at CVS, I ended up with $12 in Savingstar rebate – $5, $4, $3.  I did this deal to roll the ECBs and coupons into cash and honestly, I wouldn’t want to do the deal without the (2) $5 off coupons.

On Sunday, there will be one coupon insert and that will be a dismal Retail Me Not with like 10 coupons inside the insert.

If you didn’t have a chance to get to CVS, this week, then go to your CVS account and print or send to card your CVS coupons.

It’s Saturday, enjoy your day!

Coupons only reimburses for the price of the item. I think if you use the bakery coupon the price will show as less and that’s all you will get as reimbursement so may not want to use bakery q’s

I’ve gotten credited for the price listed next to the buns every single time. Of course, it’s alway a YMMV bc nothing is ever a sure bet.

I think the bakery coupon acts differently depending on what you buy. For the stuff baked in house (French bread, or Open Nature bread, cakes, for example) it subtract directly from the price. For the rest, delivered to the store, the coupon appears separately under the item.

Aaaahhhhh, that makes sense that for store delivery bread the coupons appears separately. I only buy the store delivery breads for the most parts and so I only see the coupons appear separately.

How do you get anything on MyPoints for Sapporo? I’ve been with them for years and can never find any rebate offers for any products sold in grocery stores, only run-of-the-mill printable coupons.

If you don’t see the Sapporo offer it’s because you’ve use the same email address for S*, CO51, SB & MP. Create a new SB or MyPoints account Incognito or Private Browser (they will send you an email to confirm that you email addy is real) and then you should be able to see the Sapporo offer.
