My allergy symptoms has been kicking my butt over the last six months. I actually take some sort of allergy medication, year round, because within one month of me arriving in San Diego to live, I literally became deathly ill. The doctor was trying to admit me to the hospital but I didn’t know anyone in San Diego and there was no one to care for my son. My dad flew to San Diego, the very next day.
I didn’t have allergy issues in Sacramento because Northern California has four seasons of weather, whereas, San Diego has about 10 months of warm weather and something blooming and pollenating almost everyday and my body cannot take it. After being tested, I am allergic to the trees, flowers, plants, grasses, mold and mildew here. I have been on inhalers, nose sprays, and of course, allergy medications. I had the best doctors at Kaiser Permanente working to stabilize my symptoms.
I had not been majorly bothered by allergy symptoms in about six years because I take my allergy medication religiously. However, last year (2018), my symptoms, especially the itchy and watery eyes came back without warning. The Zaditor allergy eye drops that cost an arm and a leg was not working. The only that relieved my eye symptoms was the Benadryl but as I said before the Benadryl make me extremely tired and sleepy…but it works!
I was walking around looking crazy with red, watery eyes and so I wanted to give the Lumify Redness Reliever Eye Drops a try. I bought the smallest size that Rite Aid sold.
According to the directions on the box, you put one Lumify drop in each eye and it takes 10 minutes before you’ll notice a difference. The effect last 8 hours.
The Lumify Redness Reliever Eye Drops works as stated but there’s a side benefit in that my eyes have not been itchy or watery.
The Lumify works to not only clear the redness in your eyes but the drops literally brightens your eyes to your former 16 year old self. As we get older, the whites of our eyes aren’t as bright as they used to be when we were younger but the Lumify take care of that problem.
Obviously, I the Lumify Redness Reliever Eye Drops for aesthetics but I’ll take it that my eyes are no longer itchy and water (but I still have the sneezing and stuffy nose) and they are nice and bright!
The week of 2/10, Rite Aid will be selling the Lumify Redness Reliever Eye Drops 2.5ml for $13.99 get $2 Bonus Cash (limit 1) and it looks like there will a $2 coupon coming most Sunday newspapers. I bought the 0.8ml size so you know that I’ll be buying. Also, a $2 Ibotta has rebate and I received a 25% off Anniversary coupon (one time use) that is valid thru 2/13.
