I recommend that you stop using Swagbucks until they fix the problem with how they are processing our receipts.

On Saturday, I talked about my problems getting properly credited with with my point from Swagbucks because of their new way of processing our receipts.  SwagBucks is now using a new method of processing our receipts, I’d bought (2) Coffee Mate Bliss Half & Half Unsweetened and (2) Coffee Mate Bliss Half & Half Vanilla and my receipt was instantaneously approved for the purchase of two coffee mates and I received 800 ($8) points, however, I was supposed to receive 1,800 ($18) points.

I submitted a trouble ticket on the July 4th but I kept getting errors on different segments of the ticket.  It would be nice if the fields would indicate if you can use a $ sign or not.  Anyways, as soon as I submitted my ticket, I got a response and they gave me 10 points. Huh???? The didn’t read my narrative. I’m still waiting for a response to my trouble ticket.

A reader, Tina, left a comment saying that she had almost the exact experience as I but that the Swagbucks scanner only recognize only one Coffee Mate Bliss creamers on her receipt.  She, too, submitted a trouble ticket, however, she has not gotten a response.

I have read that others are also complaining about Swagbucks new receipt process.  Don’t go over to their Facebook page because it’s been wiped clean of any negative comments and there is nothing over there but talk of unicorns and rainbows.🙃

Just stay away from Swagbucks until they fix their problems and keep our fingers crossed that our receipt problems are fixed soon.

    Weird…That happened to me on the 4th as well and they responded that same day and credited me the correct amount.
