I received their message with $5 off , but when I open it, the code is the same as last time when we texted Polar. Do you have any ideas why?
I do not no why they are the same. I tried to find my last text to look at the code but I can not find it. I do no know why the text is gone.
I went to the store and sure enough the coupon said – been already used. The cashier was knowledgeable and asked did I text POLAR in the past. “That is why” , she said. Well, it doesn’t explain me WHY. I asked her doesn’t she find it strange that the codes are the same? This is the 3rd time Kmart sends me the same barcode, just changing dates on the coupon. First it was valid for 2 days, then for a week from January 31 and now for 2 weeks , again from January 31 till 2/16/19. Of course, cashiers cannot help you out with that.
Thanks for lettings us know. This is very confusing for all their customers!
