Okay, I wanted to work one more CVS deal this week for FREE items. I love going to CVS b/c I use little money out of pocket. The North Park CVS in San Diego is always busy except early in the morning. I had one heck of a time trying to find the Tylenol 8 Hour 20ct but I did find it. For some odd reason, I notice that they keep a lock on certain “high-end” razor and believe it or not…deodorant, too! People must do allot of stealing at this particular store. It’s very strange b/c there is no visable security like I have seen at Target, for example. I scanned my CVS loyalty card and received a $10/$50 coupon…I don’t know how I am gonna use it.
Here are my gets at CVS:
Bought 1 Gillette Fusion Manual or Power Razor $7.99
Bought 1 Tylenol Arthritis or 8 Hour 20-24 ct $3.99
Used -$4 Gillette Fusion Manual or Power Razor (Proctor & Gamble 6/7)
Used -$1 Tylenol Arhristis or 8 Hour (Red Plum 6/7)
Used (2) -$.99 Extra Bucks (EB)
Used (2) -$1.98 Extra Bucks
Total after Coupons and EBs = $2.01 EBs Earned = $7 EB
I also stopped by Rite Aid to pick up the Crest Pro-Health Enamel Shield Toothpaste & used a $.75 coupon (Protor & Gamble 7/5). The cashier was very deligent in his job b/c my coupon beeped for some reason when he scanned it. He looked at the coupon and then entered the coupon manually. I gave him $10 and he carefully looked at the $10 bill like it was fake. I just smiled at him while he was doing it b/c there was no reason for me to make a fuss about it.
Rite Aid is running a “Single Check Rebate (SCR)” on Crest Pro-Health Enamel Shield $2.69 get $2.69 after coupon it was $2.18 (incl tax) so my profit on this deal is $.75 plus free toothpaste! Now, I’ve got to submit my register receipt on the Rite Aid website!
