The big corporations bought out smaller farmers or undercut their prices so that small farmers went out of business but we didn’t complain because we were getting the food we eat for cheap. We get the food so cheap that we are getting fat, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes. It’s a vicious cycle having an abundance of food.
