+Up Rewards Now Being Limited???

There has been varying reports today that Rite Aid has set the +Up Rewards to 3 2.

For example, if you buy Motrin PM in three two separate transactions, you will get the $2 +Up Rewards, however, if you try to buy Motrin PM a fourth third time, the +Up Rewards will not print.

This may be a glitch in their system or they have finally decided to limited them.

Southern Calif it seem is always the “test” city on these things since our sales ads always begin on Fridays.

Stay tuned….

Oooh thanks for letting us know!

I usually only get no more than two anyways, but with the crest strips amazing +UPs, I think I did it five or six times. It was such a great deal and again… I would not have bought that product at all if not for those +UP deals and the manufacturer coupons, so I feel it was a great promotion for the company. I tell all my friends about those cool Crest strips now. Even bragging about them here too LOL. πŸ˜‰

Hopefully they will get the UPs to show at the bottom of the receipt like CVS, so we know how many more we can buy. Sometimes it's lmited to just 1 and sometimes it's much more. Nature Made Sleep at CVS let's you do the EBs 5 times.

Speaking of Nature Made Sleep, I very highly recommend that product. I bought it initially with a coupon and in ad coupon promo to try, figuring I was not going to pay full price until I tried it out.

I am 42 and have always had trouble getting to sleep (I suspect I have delayed sleep phase syndrome). I have tried all sleep aids, from melatonin pills to liquids, to light boxes (for seasonal) to herbal passion flower, to Valerian. You name it.

There's only two products I would recommend now, and Nature Made Sleep is the first, as it is the best. The second is Murad Sleep Reform, but it is super expensive ($50 a bottle at Beauty.com), and I feel it does have some strong side effects. For me, it does indeed give me a very deep and intense sleep (which is good sometimes and needed), BUT, if you do not devote at least 8-10 hrs to sleep with it, you are going to wake up feeling like you have chronic fatigue syndrome all day long. In general, I use half the does of the Murad (1 pill) only about once a month.

The Nature Made Sleep on the other hand, I use about five times a week. I take it about an hour before bed, and it does in fact make me very noticeably sleepy. During the week I sometimes only get 6 hrs of sleep, and this gives me a good six hours and I do not wake up feeling tired at all. In fact, just the opposite.

The one cool thing about the Murad though, if you devote enough time to sleep when you take it, it does seem to put you in an intensely deep Delta wave sleep, and produces some of the most amazing dreams I have ever had. If you are someone who has trouble getting into Delta wave or dreaming, you may want to try it out. It is very expensive, but you can register at Beauty.com and every few months they send you emailed promos for $20 off $100 order, or free gifts with any purchase deals.

Sorry about going on for so long and totally different topic, but just wanted to share this information.

I would love if they did the +Ups like the EBs at CVS and tell you at the bottom of receipts that "limit reached". It would be wonderful…instead of having us guessing. I'm with you I would have never tried the Crest Whitestrips if it had not been for the Ups Reward. Too expensive.

I rarely ever have sleep problems. I get up super early in the mornings and I am usually on-the-go 4 am when I wake up to about 7 pm. With my regular "day" job and blogging, I'm beat by the time I go to bed at 10 pm.

However, when I am really worried about something that's when I have problems sleeping. So thanks for the tip about the Nature's Made.

the limit was one for my card πŸ™ so so sad! i guess is time to get a second card? but the UPs dont have the card numbers so you have to be extra careful to not mix them because they will beep like crazy and say not for this discount card!! ahhh Rite Aid we were doing so good LOL

I bought Dunkin Donuts Coffee at one Rite Aid today and got the $1 +UP, and then at a second Rite Aid (because the first did not have the Suave professionals on sale) I got another one, and got another $1 +UP, so I did get the +UP more than one time. I do wish they would let people know if their are limits though and then how many it is.

I am not sure if you have a Safeway grocery by you, but I did that Natural Valley Granola deal to buy four at $1.99 each and get one free, along with the printable coupons (which said not to double, but they did anyway) and it was such a deal that I did it three times total, for 15 items, and the limit in the ad says 20, so I can go back and get five more before Tuesday. I very much appreciate when stores let me know the limits of these deals/promos.

Maria, you'll need to be super organized when trying to manage 2 Wellness cards.

DMC, our "Safeway" store is called Vons in Southern Calif.

Didn't know there was a NV Granola deal at Safeway/Vons. I'll have to do a post on this.
