Typically, I am not a big lunchmeat eater but you can make your own restaurant style sandwiches that taste better than the restaurants and you know exactly what ingredients are being used and you don’t have to worry about people not washing their hands.  I made a simple turkey croissant sandwich by toasting the croissant under the broiler, I warmed the turkey lunchmeat in the microwave, I added mayo and bagged salad to my sandwich and I was ready to eat!

Well, now we have a NEW issue: with respect to the two duplicate store cashback offers I only got paid for ONE of them. Both were activated prior to purchase.

Each of us has our own tolerance when payments are incorrect. Some people won’t notice or care. But I do. And calling Kroger customer service can be a 20-30 minute ordeal (been there, done that on more than one occasion). So I am simply returning two packages since I bought them with the understanding that 2 cashbacks would be awarded but only one was. And as for the cashback and Ibotta money I actually did receive I’ll donate it to charity. It’s my own personal policy – if you don’t honor your offers I don’t want your merchandise.

Darn it, Nick, I’m sorry you didn’t get both credits. The purchase should have trigger both cash back. They must have written a programming IF script to block getting credit for both. It takes a full two days and sometimes longer before I see the cash back credited bc I went to the older store and I think they older registers, the newer remodeled store it takes a day for me to get credit.

In my experience the Kroger CB works the way the coupons work: only one coupon per purchase. We can’t use two coupons on the same item, we can’t use two CB offers at the same. Limit is up to five, meaning you have to buy 10 to activate 2 CB offers.
My problem with their CB is that it doesn’t credit always for 5 items. On multiple occasions I’ve been credited only for 3 items, even though I bought 5 identical. I never contacted them.

Tina, when the CB program first started, we’d get credit for both offers. Yes, I agree, the most vexing problem is that they don’t show you, per offer, how much you earned. Girl, if I bought 5 and they only credited me for 3, I’d be using the Customer Service contact form to let them know they still owe me money.

I made contact with the Customer Service form a few days ago. I am hoping I will hear back from them. The problem like you said is that they don’t actually show you what you earned so you kind of have to guess and try to figure out which items they shorted you on.

Tina makes a great point! Sometimes I’ve received the cashback but NOT for the quantity I’ve purchased. Again, it’s a 20-30 minute phone call to customer service IF you even get a person who understands cashback. I spent 5 minutes once trying to explain what it was to the rep who works there! She kept looking for digital coupons and had no idea what the cashback was or where to find it. So… I repeat… my policy now is that if you don’t pay it I return it.
