Can we use points to get points?

Diane, yes, you can use points! 🙂

Wonderful offer, especially since digital coupons are so easy to add. You won’t find Dimetapp if you search for it, but it’s there if you look for “Robitussin or Dimetapp”. Even better, this deal helps knock out 2 of the 12 Ibotta Cocoa Cash Bonus offers for another $2!

My closest Walgreens is not coupon friendly so I prefer digital coupons when dealing with that store. 🙂

Your readers should be cautioned that there are multiple rebates for these items in different sizes. So if it scans “Offer Not Valid” it’s because you’re trying to match to the 20 ct Advil or the 8 oz Dimetapp. Just keep scrolling to get to the correct match. Also, don’t forget to submit for the 25 cent Ibotta Cough Syrup – Any Brand with this offer. Never leave money sitting on the table!

Nick, I was very specific in the rebate description because I know that there are multiple rebates, however, I will update the post. I’m glad you picked up the meds.

You do a superb job of informing us all about great deals! This is an Ibotta issue because of the way they display their offers at the point of redemption. It is a jumbled mess, not organized by category or alphabetically. So consumers are forced to squint at their tiny phone screens and scroll, hoping for the match. And, in this case, when I finally got to the Advil box it was the wrong size. Since you then get an error message scanning the barcode it makes us think we bought the wrong item. Ibotta was notified their offers are easy to activate but hard to redeem because of this cumbersome process.
