This morning, when you open the Ibotta app, you will see the FREE Thanksgiving banner and you’ll need to click the banner to read the details of the FREE Thanksgiving dinner being sponsored by Walmart and Ibotta.  You will want to activate all the FREE items ASAP and go to Walmart ASAP to grab your FREE dinner.

You can also use (you’ll need to link your online account with the Ibotta app) or you can get the items in store.

It is my understanding that Ibotta gave gave access to the FREE Thanksgiving dinner items to the new Ibotta members so your Walmart may not have all the items, you may need to go to more than one Walmart to find all the items.

You already know that as you are reading this post either I am on my way to Walmart or I am at Walmart already!!!

Many people are NOT seeing these offers. That’s because Ibotta wants you to download their browser extension. That’s where the offers are hiding! There is an alternative: if you signed up for Ibotta texts you’ll get one with a link. The link will NOT load the offers to your account. It will take you to an extension signup link. Simply keep scrolling down and you’ll see the option to add the offers simplyby providing your Ibotta email. The offers will then show up in your account within an hour.

I went to Walmart this evening despite their app saying the turkey was out of stock at ALL nearby locations. But when I got there I saw 4 or 5 of the three pounders! 😋 That was the one component of the dinner I wanted the most because I figured it will be a difficult find in the coming days. I didn’t bother with the soup because it cost $1.48 at my store, there was nothing that said 98 cents on it. They were out of the cranberry sauce, crispy onions and stuffing. So, I don’t want people to expect to get ALL of the dinner. Like I said, if you can actually find the turkey in stock you’ll be happy, the rest is just gravy. Literally! 😘

Nick, getting the turkey was the most item! When I check yesterday morning for the turkey, it said limited stock but when I got to Walmart there was plenty of them.
