My previous experiences with Fetch Rewards is that once you scan your receipt, you get credited with your correct points almost immediately.
However, today, I bought the Kevita drink 15.2 oz for the FREE Product Kevita Drink 15.2 oz offer and I scanned my receipt as usual but for some odd reason, I was only credited with 56 points.
Fetch Rewards must be overwhelmed with so many submissions because I tried to submit a Ticket for the Missing Points and their software will not accept my Ticket.
Hopefully, Fetch Rewards will send out an email, tomorrow, letting us know how they plan to resolve the issues.
Yeah, I probably should have bought the Kevita on the first day of the offer. 🙂
