  I rushed to complete the online bonuses that were shortened from 12/31 to 12/09 and Ibotta locked my account. I’ve heard some people had theirs locked from a couple of days to two months. Now I am hesitant to buy anything for Ibotta.

    Tina, did you put in a ticket? If not submit a trouble ticket. Click on Account at the bottom, click Help and you’ll be taken to another page, click the 3 lines in the upper right, and click Submit a Request and click Withdrawing Cash. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it will be just a couple days until your issue is resolved.

      Thank you, Ms. B! Yes. I did submit the ticket immediately. Been checking the status every few hours 🙂 I read that other people got in the situation (locked) because of the multiple online orders. I hope I don’t need to buy a new phone…

        Miss Tina, you will not need to buy a new phone. Give them a couple days to respond and unlock your account. If you are close to finishing the $10 Make It Rein bonus, I’d go ahead purchase the rebate items to finish the bonus.

    My Whole Foods doesn’t carry this.

    But my brekki has reset 4 times already
